A Sunset Family Portrait Photography Session in Downtown Charleston

When I had my first phone consult with Brooke, I knew immediately that she was my kind of momma. She was out of breath from just existing in the fast pace of motherhood. She had a quick wit that missed no opportunity to hit a good punch line. I kinda fell in love. We have children close to the same ages and so I knew we were together in the trenches.

I was able to squeeze them in for a fall session in time for them to order Christmas cards. Originally we were going to try to have the session near their home for ease. At the last minute, Brooke suggested this location. It holds a special place for them. This was a new location for me and I’m now in love with it. The light was amazing and the colors were crisp. The weather was perfect. This session was perfect for their family portrait photography session.

A week or so later, I came by one evening and we sat together and fell in love with these memories. Together we sorted the portraits into favorites which was a challenge, but we achieved it. In the end, they invested in a beautiful linen heirloom album to contain their favorite images that I will show you below. I think you’ll love them too. :)
